Overview

A headquarters or data center that terminates hundreds of branch VPNs, aggregates multiple carrier circuits and runs edge workloads needs a hub that will not be the ceiling.

The Peplink Balance 5000 EC delivers up to 70 Gbps on the 40G model and 110 Gbps on the 100G model, with 2.5G copper WANs, 25G SFP28 ports and a 40G QSFP+ or 100G QSFP28 port. It supports 20,000 or more users and 4,000 SpeedFusion peers, with 30 Gbps of SpeedFusion throughput and two 1TB SSDs for Docker, Python and KVM workloads.

The 1U chassis carries dual hot-swappable power supplies, LAN bypass and rack rails in the box, and is rated 0 to 40 °C for the data center.
