Overview

Disaster shelters, temporary field hospitals, wildfire camps and polling places open before any wired circuit can be installed, and still need a full site network on day one. The Peplink PDX LTE-A is a ruggedized portable router with four CAT-12 LTE-A modems, seven gigabit Ethernet ports with 802.3at PoE output, dual-band Wi-Fi 5 and internal GPS, so one case carries four carrier paths and powers the cameras, access points and devices behind it.

Four LTE-A Modems, Two Regional Models

  • Four embedded CAT-12 LTE-A modems with SpeedFusion bonding across all four
  • Americas and FirstNet model (PDX-LTEA-R-T) for US public safety and commercial sites
  • Global model (PDX-LTEA-K-T) for deployments outside the Americas
  • Same chassis as the PDX 5G; pick LTE-A where the carriers on site are LTE

Built for the Field

MIL-STD-810H and IP55 rated, with an operating range of -40 to 45 °C, so the unit stages at outdoor festivals, gate lanes and incident camps and moves to the next site when the event is over.
