1. Ordering & Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Paygasus. Orders may be placed through this store or confirmed in writing or by electronic means. Once accepted, an order may not be cancelled except with Paygasus’s prior written consent.
2. Pricing, Taxes & Duties
Prices are those in effect at the time of order and are exclusive of sales or use taxes, tariffs, customs duties, and other governmental charges unless expressly stated at checkout. Where Paygasus is required to collect sales tax, it is added at checkout. The customer is responsible for all other applicable taxes and governmental charges.
3. Payment & Title
Payment is due at the time of order unless credit terms have been agreed in writing. Regardless of shipping terms, title to products remains with Paygasus until the order — including freight charges and taxes billed to the customer — is paid in full.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss
Products are delivered FCA (Free Carrier, Incoterms® 2020) Paygasus’s shipping facility, Salt Lake City, Utah, for both domestic and international orders. Risk of loss passes to the customer when products are loaded onto the carrier at our facility. Paygasus may arrange freight and bill the cost to the customer, or ship on the customer’s own carrier account.
Paygasus makes commercially reasonable efforts to meet requested ship dates, but ship dates are not guaranteed. Paygasus may deliver an order at one time or in portions and invoice for the portions delivered.
5. International Orders
Paygasus handles U.S. export clearance. The customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs and brokerage fees in the destination country. These charges are not collected by Paygasus at checkout and are typically billed by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.
On request, Paygasus may quote CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid To) freight as a service; risk of loss still passes as described in Section 4 and the customer remains the importer of record. Paygasus does not ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) except by separate written agreement.
6. Inspection
Please check your order for discrepancies or defects upon receipt and before any alterations are made. Altered products are not returnable.
7. Returns
Returns require prior authorization and are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy.
8. Warranty
Products are covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty and RMA policy. For warranty questions or claims, contact support@paygasus.com.
