Overview

Copper phone lines are being retired, and the alarm panel, elevator phone or fax machine that depended on one still has to work.

The Peplink POTS Adapter carries one LTE CAT-4 modem with SIM and eSIM support and two RJ-11 phone ports, driving up to 3 REN of line load at 55 Vrms ring voltage over loops to 500 feet. It runs from 9V to 16V DC or USB-C, rated -30 to 65 °C, in a 320-gram unit.

InControl manages it remotely, and it is certified for AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and FirstNet. Two LTE antennas and the power supply ship in the box.
