Overview

MC400 5G modular modem

The MC400 modular modem brings enterprise reliability and 5G performance to MC400-capable Ericsson Cradlepoint routers. Fit it in the R1900's RX30-MC managed accessory to add a second modem for failover, dual-carrier connectivity or a 5G upgrade, without replacing the router. Requires a 4FF (nano) SIM.

  • Higher availability: a second modem and SIM for automatic failover
  • Lower data costs: switch to the second SIM when the primary plan cap is reached
  • Better return on investment: upgrade to the latest modem without new hardware
