The Peplink ACW-107 is an 802.3af/at PoE injector with gigabit Ethernet in and out. Peplink lists it as compatible with the MAX Hotspot and AP One AX series, and it supplies PoE to Peplink routers and adapters with 802.3at input.
Peplink has not published a standalone datasheet for the injector; the specifications shown are limited to what Peplink states.
