The Clover Go is the mobile reader in the Clover lineup. It pairs over Bluetooth with a phone or tablet running the Clover Go app on iOS or Android and takes chip, contactless, and swipe payments wherever the phone has Wi-Fi or cellular service. Tap to Pay on iPhone runs inside the same app for contactless without the reader.
The app handles tipping, refunds, returns, exchanges, and open orders, and syncs every transaction to the Clover dashboard alongside counter devices. Discounts, tax rates, and service charges are set once in the dashboard and apply on the phone.
Choose the Go for delivery drivers, field technicians, and event staff who need card-present rates without carrying a full terminal.
