Overview

The Clover Compact is the entry countertop terminal in the Clover lineup. The 3.6 inch payment touchscreen handles the customer side of the transaction, the built-in thermal printer prints the receipt, and the reader takes contactless, chip, swipe, and PIN debit.

Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and LTE give three ways to connect, so the terminal runs wired at a fixed counter or on cellular where there is no wired drop. End-to-end encryption and an anti-theft security lock cover the card data and the device itself.

An optional swivel stand turns the counter unit toward the customer for PIN entry and back toward the cashier. The Compact Swivel Stand is sold separately.
