Dharmendra Kumar
CEO and Co-Founder

Dharmendra is a serial entrepreneur, philanthropist, and a social impact investor who is driven to build successful businesses that create innovative solutions to global problems. He is a firm believer in the power of technology to solve problems and improve lives, especially in the poorest corners of the world. His commitment to making innovation accessible has resulted in the development of groundbreaking solutions that have had a significant impact on industries globally.

Dharmendra also Co-founded Ankyra Systems to develop an inexpensive machine vision system designed from the ground up for pharmaceutical manufacturing automation that has over 80% market share in India and is deployed in over 50 countries worldwide. Prior to Ankyra Systems, he was a founding engineer and product owner at NetDeposit, a company that digitized and electronified the entire check clearing process in banking thereby creating a USD 50 billion market segment.

Dharmendra has a B.Tech. in Civil and Environment Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology,Kanpur, India. He also has an M.S. in Information Systems from Utah State University and a Diploma in Business Management (SEP) from Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Gayland Moffat
Our Emeritus Chairman

Gayland Moffat is Chief Operating Officer of Lineagen, a Utah-based genetic diagnostics and evaluation company. Prior to joining Lineagen, he was Chief Executive Officer for Gayland Moffat Consulting. This consulting practice focused on providing operations and business improvement solutions to private and public organizations across the United States and Canada. Before consulting, he served as Chief Operations Officer for EBusiness Solutions Group where he had primary operating responsibility for multiple startup technology companies focused on financial products, payments, and web security solutions. Gayland also served as Chief Operations Officer for the Utah Transit Authority. He completed his education at the University of Utah with degrees in political science, psychology, and a master’s in economics.
